    We are required to charge an 8.875% sales tax to all orders shipping to New York addresses. All other orders shipping within the USA are not subject to any taxes.

  Standard: Most of our items generally ship via ground service with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. These shipping companies provide the fastest and most reliable service for standard sized packages. Your order should arrive within 2-7 business days from the lead-time noted on our website for each item.  
    Shipping Surcharge: Many large items require more secured handling and are shipped with special freight carriers. As a result these oversized items incur a shipping surcharge which is noted on our website by applicable items. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and when delivering will place the item inside the main threshold of your home.
    At this time, not all of our items can be shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and Canada. A customer service agent will contact you if there are any shipping adjustments needed. We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate any oversized shipments. Please note that any additional taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
   

We're sorry, but we cannot ship internationally. However we do encourage international customers to contact a freight forwarder. When doing so, please make sure that the freight forwarding company inspects the package upon their receipt. Our liability ends as soon as the company signs for the package. Please note that we do not accept Canadian or internationally issued credit cards. If you do not have an American issued card we can process your order with a money order or wire transfer.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 21 days of receipt you may return your item for a full refund or exchange excluding the shipping and handling costs. We only accept returns after a valid return authorization number was issued. The customer remains responsible for outbound shipping charges even when an item was originally shipped free of charge. Please ship your package UPS or insured parcel post to insure that your package arrives free of damages.
 
Please note that many larger items incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
    To request a return authorization number please email ra@babycribsboutique.com. Make sure to include your name, product name, order number and reason for return. A customer service representative will contact you with a return authorization number and the address where you need to ship the item. We will not accept a return if an authorization number wasn’t issued.

    If an item looks damaged or is missing parts please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to send you necessary parts or a replacement as soon as possible.
Items that are shipped via a freight carrier should be inspected upon arrival. It the item looks damaged it must be noted on the package's receipt.

    At babycribsboutique.com we try to ship our products as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you call us within 24 hours we will try our best to accommodate you. Once your order has been processed it will be handled the same way as a return. Refused shipments will be considered a return as well. Please see our Return Policy for further instructions.

    Products that are labeled custom item on our website cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. We will send you replacement parts for any damages. All personalized items are considered to be custom items.
